'Arbeit und Altern 2020' provides a comprehensive overview of the job market, human resources management, learning and motivation, work design, gender and social inequality, health as well as company and wage agreements. The German Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (Bundesanstalt für Arbeitsschutz und Arbeitsmedizin) has been conducting research into healthy ageing at work for over 20 years. In den 2020er-Jahren wird der Anteil der über 60-Jährigen in den Belegschaften weiter zunehmen. "Arbeit und Altern 2020" bilanziert den Wissensstand zu Arbeit und Alter(n) sowie den Fortschritt bei Arbeitsgestaltung und Personalarbeit.
