Clinical monitoring of patients with suspected coarctation of the aorta (CoAo) was accentuated. Symptoms of CoAo in adults included holosystolic murmur, hypertension in the upper extremities and hypotension in the lower ones, a weak or even absent pulse in the lower extremities, difference in the physical development of the trunk and lower extremities. | ||
