The chapters were prepared johntly by bappenas staff of the educations and religious affairs directorate and a small team of national and international experts. the preparation of the background study was enriched by a series of focus groups, workshop and consultations in Jakarta and regional areas involving key stakeholders from all levels of govermment organization representatives. |
