Postgraduate program needs such application of decision support system that is able to calculate multi-criteria score rapidly and accurately in obtaining the best ranking of prospective students. TOPSIS method (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) was a proper to apply in multi-criteria calculating to generate the ranked as the determination of selected alternative by providing a weight on each criterion. The purpose of this research was to produce application of decision support system to qualify postgraduate prospective student by TOPSIS method. The researcher tested the system by input 50 students' data. It was done to validate accepted data manually compared to the other one used TOPSIS method. However, it obtained 88% congruence of score, and 12% was not fitted. Thus, based on this research, it could be concluded that the application of decision support system was proper to apply on postgraduate prospective admission.
