The research design that used in this research was the qualitative one with the descriptive kind of research. This research subjects were Salemba Correctional Institutions' librarians that been chose by purposive technique. The data gathering technique of this research use The Miles and Huberman model. The result of this research was that the librarian has utilized the online information resource with the presence of internet service at circumference electronic library, such as chat with friends at social media and information update by accessing detik.com or Kompas.
