Besides, the other uniqueness is Borobudur Temple belongs to Syailendra Dynasty's heritage which is very luxurious. It becomes one of the religion tourism because it is the biggest budhist temple in Indonesia even in the world. Nowadays, only the government who gives fund for the operational and maintenance of Borobudur Temple. It should be not only the government's load but also the community's duty for taking part in maintaining the Borobudur Temple. The main objective of this research is for estimating the amount of Willingness to Pay (WTP) for community about the conservation dealing to national heritage, Borobudur Temple. The method which is used for collecting the primary data is Accidental method. The amount of sample is 105 respondents. The indepth interview is done to collect the respondents' social-economy characteristics they are gender, marital status, age, educational background and respondents' income. For the secondary data the method which is used is documentation from related party. This research is using descriptive analysis and Willingness to Pay analysis which the method used is Contingent Valuation Method (CVM). Characteristic of Borobudur Temple visitors are predominantly female, with the status of unmarried and aged between 21 and 30 years old. Most visitors are educated gradute with an average monthly income of Rp 2.700.000,00. In general the public proundand happy ancestral heritage that exists to this day, even the visitors gave high mark to the ancestral heritage. And for Borobudur temple as one of the existing heritage, they are willing to contribute in preserving the legacy of life on an ongoing basis. For the result of the analysis, the factors which are influenced significantly to a person's willing for paying is the income factors, educational background and age. From the value analysis EWTP is got Rp 35.000,00 for paying to the next maintenance. From this value is found that the factor which significantly influenced is gender and income factors. | ||
