520 |a This study aims to analyze the problems that occur in the office of Bumiputera Insurance Pandanaran Semarang branch of the relationship quality of management information systems and work environment on employee performance in which the quality of the management information system and an adequate working environment can increase profits for the company. The responden used in this study were 54 samples of Bumiputera Life Insurance branch office Pandanaran Semarang. This measure stating how far have met various requirements, specifications and expectations of an activity to collect, store data, facts and opinions messages and comments, so that people can know the circumstances. Based on the results of the regression greatest influence lies in the variable quality of information systems while the work environment variables have the lowest values. In Bumiputera Life Insurance companies expect more attention to the quality of information systems to improve employee performance
