The first purpose of this research is to know about academic information system of engineering faculty with the faculty of social and political science of Diponegoro University, second To know the difference components used in the implementation of academic information system of engineering faculty with the faculty of social and political science ` of Diponegoro University. Research methods used in this research is quantitative and qualitative research methods with descriptive type of research approach comparative study. The processing of the next questionnaire results are examined by interviews. Results of the questionnaire was tested with test validity, reliability testing, test data, and test of normality different (t-test). The results of the interview processed with data reduction, data presentation and conclusion that the assessment component in the implementation of information systems academic the Faculty of Engineering is better than the faculty of social and political science of Diponegoro University. It can be seen of test T, by using the r-table (different test t-test) and t-test a = 0.05. The result has different valuation significantly to the implementation of the system of academic information between engineering students with Fisip. Components used in the implementation of SIA the Faculty of Engineering, namely: 1. Hardware: Computer, Harddisk, Server. 2. Software: Software does not wear. 3. databased: mysql, 4. Network: prototype information system, and than components used in the implementation of SISKA the faculty of social and political science, namely : 1. Hardware : Computer, Server dan Hardisk, 2. Software : Ms. Visual Foxpro, 3. Databased : mysql, 4. Jaringan : LAN dan Internet . | ||
