Infrared sensors detect a series of buoys in the pipe height by emitting infrared light and then detecting reflections. Infrared light received by the sensor will be processed to produce the output of the analog voltage. Filling the water tank using the RS-232 serial communication between the microcontroller ATmega8535 and computer software applied with Borland Delphi 7.0. This system sends the data sent by the computer and received by the microcontroller. The computer will send the data to the mikrokontroler to provide water tank filling time interval in accordance with specified. The data transmission to turn on and turn off the pump. Selainitu, the computer also sends data to two tubs charging is appropriate, in accordance with the predefined settings. From water level system testing showed that the system created has the characteristic height of the ADC made y = -3,087x + 297,2.
