Description
Summary:This research has been to design and realization of a computerized system of classification of goods altitude SRF05 ultrasonic sensor. In everyday life this system can be applied for various purposes, especially in the industrial world to simplify and save time in the count and differentiate heights items to be packed. Computerized system of classification of goods is done by utilizing the height of ultrasonic sensors. The sensor works by sending a beam of ultrasonic waves through the transmitter will then be reflected back if on an object and received by the receiver. In Borland Delphi 7 using the Pascal programming language. The program works by reading the numbers that are sent from the microcontroller. In computerized measuring system and counter height goods using ATmega8535 microcontroller as serial data transmission device to the computer. Measured data from the sensor is sent serially to the computer using the RS-232 protocol. From the research that has been done, the result for Borland Delphi 7 can display the measured data from the SRF05 ultrasonic sensor and displays the data in graphical form height of the goods to the time taken by each specific period of time and is able to display the data in the table of records. So that the test results obtained that the value of the linear coefficient R = 0.9955 and has a resemblance to a high standard measuring tools at 99%.
