| Summary: | The industrial sectors Purbalingga Regency is fourth contributor to the Gross Regional Domestic Product (PDRB), however in to employment is highest sector, include women employment. This purpose of this study was analyze influence of education, age, number of dependents, income, and marital status of outpouring of working hours of women in wigs industry in Purbalingga Regency. The sample that used in this study was 100 respondents with multiple linear regression method. The dependent variable of this study is the outpouring of hours while the independent variables are education, age, number of dependents, income and marital status. The results of this analysis showed that age variable, number of dependents, income and marital status positive and significant effect on the outpouring of working hours. While the education variable negative effect and no significant the outpouring of working hours. |
