| Summary: | Global market competition brings many changes which quite dynamic in all aspects of a company. It gives a rise to a new trend in which companies are continuing to rely on the company's ability to respond to the changes that exist effectively. The unique characteristics in a company, which are not owned by other companies, can increase an organizational performance. The factors that affect performance in PT. Telkom Indonesia is described comprehensively with structural equation based components, Partial Least Square (PLS). PLS is the analytical method that is not based on many assumptions. PLS is not needed on normal multivariate assumptions, it can be used measurement scale nominal, ordinal, interval and ratio as well as the sample size should not be large. PLS models estimate the relationship inter latent variables and between latent variable with its indicator. Based on the analysis, the company performance of PT. Telkom Indonesia is influenced by managerial performance, competitive advantage, Total Quality Management, compensation, performance measurement system, and quality culture.
