Summary:Sea Transportation docking services industry has become more competitive nowadays. This many need Sea Transportation docking services industry to improve their performance. PT. Dok & Perkapalan Kodja Bahari (Persero) branch Semarang city is not an exception. One effort that can be done is to improve the performance of the employees through employee's Job satisfaction. This research evaluates the effect of Leadership Style and Organizational Culture on Employee's Job Satisfaction that influence the Employee's performance. The research was conducted at employees on Kodja Bahari Dock and Shipping Semarang Branch with the number of respondents who took part in was 139 employees. and the questionnaire data collection and retrieval as 122 pieces of respondents, but this amount is sufficient to meet the processing requirements and criteria in SEM. The collection of data on leadership style organizational culture job satisfaction and employees performance is obtained through a questionnaire the document analysis technique in this research in SEM or structural equation modeling technique The results show that all hyphotheses are supported. From the result output of this analysis the structural equation modeling has fulfilled the goodness of fit index criteria; Chi square = 261,212; Probability= 0,241; RMSEA= 0,023; GFI= 0,846; AGFI= 0,812; CFI= 0,995; TLI= 0,994; CMIN/df= 1,062, measurement fulfills the criteria, Except GFI and AGFI is a marginal. Moreover the obtained results that all hypotheses proposal was acceptable. Leadership style and organizational culture have a positive influence and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees, Leadership style and organizational culture have a positive influence and significant effect on employees performance, Either directly or indirectly through job satisfaction of employees. In this research it was found that organizational culture influence strong effect on job satisfaction and employees performance, based on the above results the model proposal in this research could be accepted. Based on the results, managerial implication suggest that improvement of the job satisfaction and performance can be achieved by establishing and treasuring the involvement culture, and having a participative leadership style align with giving salaries that is considered satisfying
