Summary:This study was conducted to determine the manner in how the understanding and execution of Account Officer in onsite work during this running on BRI Kudus Branch Office, nor any constraints faced by Accounts Officer in conducting onsite development credit. This qualitative study took data by means of observation, interviews, and documentation studies in order to obtain objective results interpretation. The results are analyzed in qualitative data collection with descriptive paradigm. Phenomenological approach is done to see how the understanding and execution of the Accounts Officer during this work as compared with the conditions and provisions should be. The results obtained from this study, (1) Accounts Officer have to understand and know his role in the development of onsite credit, (2) Execution of onsite development credit has generally been met by the accounts officer, carried out at least once a year and have made a visit report , but can not say in an orderly manner, (3) constraints faced by most accounts officer is set onsite visits. Coaching is not routinely done and not done in an orderly manner will jeopardize and could adversely affect the condition of the bank and can pose a great risk that the credit Keywords: working understanding, execution of work, account officer, onsite visits.
