Successful organizational change in an era of rapid change include technology, globalization, uncertainty, unpredictability, volatility, shock, turbulence, and discontinuities begin with, and dependent on, changing the consciousness of those individuals who are employees of the organization. Awareness of these individuals should be prepared as early as possible including the readiness of employees to prepare the five factors that most affect the success of organizational change that Self Efficacy, Wellness, Appropriateness, and Individual Valence.
