This research surveyed 26 essential oil entrepreneurs by using the questionnaires. The data of the responden is the data population of this research. The data research was analysed by Ordinary Least Square method (OLS). This study demonstrates that the essential oil industries in Batang regency has a monopolistic competition market structure with 38,32 CR value; no barriers to entry; and tend to produce a homogeneous product. The regression analysis reflected that the market structure and market behavior positively signifies toward the market performance in 95% significance degree (=0,05). 0,86 R2 value and the government policy positively affects the performance with no significant relation though in 95% significance degree.
