Problems decrease in the number of customers who take working capital loans is believed to be caused from factors location, service and credit procedures. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the location, services and procedures of credit to the customer's decision to take the credit in the Cooperative Nasari Semarang. This research is a quantitative research. The sample used in this study as many as 92 customers of Cooperative Nasari Semarang using accidental sampling technique. The data used are primary data by questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of this research is that the location, service and credit procedures positive influence on the customer's decision to take the credit in the Cooperative Nasari Semarang. The customer's decision to take credit able to be explained by the independent variables are location, service, and credit procedures by 55%.
