A cause increasing for infant mortality is low immediately breastfeeding after birth and exclusive breastfeeding for the first 6 months of a baby's life. Many factors indicated as a coverage decreased indicator exclusive breastfeeding. Many information and promotion of exclusive breastfeeding have been held, one of them is in the pregnant women class. Objective: To analyze the relationship between the mother's attendance rate in the pregnant women class with exclusive breastfeeding behavior. Methods: This study design was observational with cross sectional studies conducted with quantitative approaches. This study conducted in Puskesmas Welahan 1, Jepara. 53 mothers with babies aged 6-12 months used in this study from 116 total mothers (random sampling). The instrument used in the form of questionnaires. Analytical techniques are univariate and bivariate analysis (using Kolmogorov-Smirnov test with α = 0.05). Results: Analysis data used univariate and bivariate analysis. Univariate analysis showed that the most respondents aged 21-35 years (75.4%), level of education is senior high school from the most respondents (41.5%), the most respondents work are housewives (67.9%), have a baby aged >8 months (71.6%), respondents have a good level attendance rate at pregnant women class (60.4%), and respondents have an exclusive breastfeeding behavior with good category (77.4%). Bivariate analysis, a statistically there is a significant relationship between the mother's attendance rate in the pregnant women class with exclusive breastfeeding. (p = 0.001). Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between the mother's attendance rate in the pregnant women class with exclusive breastfeeding.
