520 |a Background : Brodifacoum is a substance that usually used as rat poison. But, its often abused on some criminal case. Brodicoum are metabolised within the body through excretion organ, one of them are liver. Contact with different dose of brodifacoum will also result in different amount of brodifacoum residue. Aim : To know the comparison of brodifacoum administration dose LD50 and LD100 to total residue of brodifacoum within Rattus norvegicus liver. Methods : This study was an experimental study with post test only group design. The sample of this study are 27 Rattus norvegicus which given per oral administration of brodifacoum. Descriptive analysis, the test of normality are using Saphiro-Wilk, and non parametric test were done using Mann-Whitney. The result of analysis are revealed significant if p<0,05. Results : The concentration in the sample liver are rising based on the brodifacoum that were consumes. But, the rise was not significant. There is a significant different between control and LD50 total residue of brodifacoum (p=0,001) and between control and LD100 total residue of brodifacoum (p=0,000). Conclusion : There is no significant differentiation of total brodifacoum residue between LD50 and LD100 (p=0,539). Keywords : brodifacoum, dose, residue, liver.
