Ellipsis or deletion occurs in almost Japanese's daily conversations. If speaker and listener already knowsthe context of conversation, ellipsis can be easily occured. Ellipsis is removing or deleting one of the constituent in sentence but does not change the meaning of the sentence. The function of ellipsis is to make sentence more shorterand simpler so the listener can receive information quickly. In addition, ellipsis can make a sentence more effective and efficient. This thesis has two purposes. First, to describe the elliption of object occurs in the Wakamonotachi's dialogue script. Second, to know the change of sentence structure before and after the elliption of object occured. The results of this thesis is that the elliption of object can occur if the relationship between subject and object has become a habit. Also if object has been mentioned in a previous conversation, object can be removing. The structure of sentence before elliption of object is S - O - P, but after elliption of object the structure of sentence will become S - P. This means the elliption of object does not change the structure of sentence but make subject get closer to predicate. The existence of subject and object in sentence is optional. While predicate has a strong position as the core of Japanese sentence. In phrase structure tree, object is located under VP as NP. After the elliption of object, structure of VP will become VP = V.
