| Summary: | Latar belakang: Luka diabetik sampai saat ini menjadi masalah kesehatan utama di seluruh dunia, terutama di Indonesia karena kasus yang semakin meningkat, luka bersifat kronis dan sulit sembuh, mengalami infeksi dan iskemia tungkai dengan risiko amputasi bahkan mengancam jiwa. Minyak buah merah mengandung berbagai komponen aktif yaitu a-karoten, ß-karoten, ß-kriptosantin, dan a-tokoferol, serta asam lemak tidak jenuh, terutama asam oleat, linoleat dan palmitoleat yang) berkhasiat mengobati mata rabun, gatal-gatal, luka tergores, pegal dancapek, menyuburkan rambut, mengobati kanker dan penyakit degeneratif (jantung, kolesterol, diabetes, darah tinggi). Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membuktikan efektifitas salep minyak buah merah (pandanus conoideus oil) terhadap proses penyembuhan luka sayatan pada tikus galur wistar (rattus novergicus) luka diabetik stadium II. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah True Experimental Design, dengan rancangan penelitian Pretest - Posttest Control Group Design. Subjek penelitian yaitu 27 ekor tikus galur wistar (rattus novergicus) jantan galur wistar yang terbagi menjadi tiga kelompok yaitu Kontrol (kasa Nacl 0,9%), kelompok perlakuan I (PCO 15%), kelompok perlakuan II (PCO 30%), selama 21 hari dilakuakan pengamatan dan pengukuran. Analisis data dilakukan dengan One Way ANOVA dan Post Hoc Tukey HSD. Hasil: Hasil uji statristik kontrol kasa Nacl 0,9% dan kelompok perlakuan II salep PCO 30% efektif pada hari ke 7, 14 dan 21. uji Post Hoc Tukey HSD didapatkan nilai p 0,032, mengalami penyembuhan. Sedangkan kelompok kontrol kasa Nacl 0,9% dan kelompok perlakuan I PCO 15 % didapatkan nilai p 0,935 hari ke 7. Dan pada hari ke 14 dan 21 efektif, didapatkan nilai p 0,000 Simpulan: Pemberian salep minyak buah merah (pandanus conoideus oil) 30% selama 7 hari efektifitas terhadap proses penyembuhan luka sayatan pada tikus galur wistar (rattus novergicus) luka diabetik stadium II. Background: Wound retinopathy until now is the main health problems of around the world, especially in indonesia because the case with the increasing, wound is chronic and difficult recover, a sinus infection and ischemia a limb with the risk amputation even life-threatening. Oil red fruit containing various active component namely a- karoten, ß-karoten, ß-kriptosantin and a-tokoferol, and fatty acids not saturated, especially oleic acid, linoleic and palmitoleat who efficacious treat eyes shortsighted, itching, wound scratched, sore and tired, drains hair, treat cancer and degenerative diseases (the heart, cholesterol, diabetes, high blood).The study is done to prove the effectiveness of an ointment oil fruit red (pandanus conoideus oil) of the healing process wound incision in mouse galur wistar (rattus novergicus) wound retinopathy stage two. Method: The kind of research this is true experimental design, to the research pretest - posttest control group design. The subject of study that is 27 the tail of a mouse galur wistar (rattus novergicus) given that is divided into three group that is control (gauze Nacl 0.9 %), the treatment group one (PCO 15%), the treatment group two (PCO 30%), during the 21-day observation and measurement. Data analysis was performed by One way ANOVA and Post Hoc Tukey HSD. Results: The results of statristik test control gauze Nacl 0.9 % and the treatment group two ointment PCO 30% effective in day to 7, 14 and 21 test Post Hoc Tukey HSD obtained value p 0,032, experienced healing.While the control gauze Nacl 0.9 % and the treatment group one PCO 15% obtained value p 0,935. Conclusions: The provision of an ointment oil fruit red (pandanus conoideus oil) 30% during 7 days the effectiveness of the process of healing of a wound incision in mouse galur wistar (rattus novergicus) wound retinopathy stage two.
