The antioxidant activity of aethanolic extracts of E.aromatica, E.polyantha, and E.cumini leaves were investigated using DPPH method. The result shows EC50 value is 36,19 ± 2.65; 59.81 ± 1.75; and 49.45 ± 5.08 ppm for ethanolic extract of E.aromatica, E.polyantha, and E.cumini leaves respectively. While quersetin as antioxidant standart has EC50 value of 9.82 ± 0.09 ppm. The antioxidant activity of the fourth samples have significant difference. | ||
