| Summary: | Jurnal Ilmiah Keperawatan, Vol 2, No 2, Agustus 2013 Adolescent during their growth and develpment specially for sexual and reproductive health needed guidance and coaching . Both of the intervention are directly for treatment skill life of adolescent for the better life. This research aim to analyze coaching and guidance for improvement adolescent life skills in sexual and reproductive health. Method: This research is quasi experimental study with design posttest pretest randomized. Subject in this research is adolescent in sub-district of Antirogo and Baratan which is have age 10-15 year which have risk or problem of health reproduction. Subject counted 28 adolescent in peer group during four meeting session given by coaching and guidance about growth and development, adolescent sexuality, effective communications at adolescent, and behavioral of assertive in health of adolescent reproduction. Result of research: result of got by statistical t-test of value hence can be concluded by there difference which is significance between skill life before and after coaching and guidance conducted (p 0,02). Analysis: Coaching and guidance for adolescent peer group more effectivefor improvement life skills adolescent reproductive health. Discussion: Coaching and guidance effective for giving of health information reproduce at adolescent group coeval, so that need to be improved by the existence of service health of adolescent friendlier reproduction. |
