Besides, it may also be used as thrombosis prophylaxis in artery coronary (heart artery). Working mechanism of acetosal is inhibit cyclo-oxygenase enzyme leading to the inhibitation of thromboxane A2 and prostacyclin formation, whereas they have contrary function. |
