Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia tahun 2011 sampai 2013. Sampel ditentukan berdasarkan metode purposive sampling, sebanyak 18 perusahaan. Data diperoleh dari www.idx.co.id. Dalam menganalisis data, penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dan analisis koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa struktur aktiva, pertumbuhan penjualan dan non debt tax shield berpengaruh negatif terhadap struktur modal, sedangkan pertumbuhan aset berpengaruh positif terhadap struktur modal. ---------- This study aims to empirically examine the effect of asset structure, sales growth, asset growth, and non- debt tax shield on the capital structure on a mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange . Population of this research is a mining company listed on the stock exchange Indonesia in 2011 until 2013. The sample is determined by purposive sampling method , a total of 18 companies . Data obtained from www.idx.co.id. In analyzing the data , this study uses multiple regression analysis and coefficient of determination . Results of this study indicate that the structure of assets , sales growth and non- debt tax shield negatively affect the capital structure , while the asset growth has positive effect on the capital structure . | ||
