520 |a This study aimed at devise a peronal guidance program for student's of self compassion develompent. Self-compassion is a healthy attitude toward oneself using compassion which important to develop by the students. This research is based on unavailability of guidance and counseling services that are specifically aimed at the development of self-compassion on the students. The approach used in this study was a quantitative-qualitative descriptive method. The population was 201 students of X, XI and XII grade in one senior high school in West Bandung district academic year 2015/2016 and several stakeholders that contribute to the implementation of the guidance and counseling program at the research sites. The results showed a general trend of self-compassion students at the research sites in middle category. The objective conditions of implementation guidance and counseling program that has been running at the research sites is sufficient in planning, sufficient in implementation, and inadequate in the evaluation and follow-up. Personal guidance program which has been designed feasible to be implemented at the research sites. Future researchers may then further develop the services and do empirical trials through experiments. Keywords: Self-compassion, Students, Personal Guidance Program Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang program bimbingan pribadi untuk pengembangan self-compassion peserta didik. Self-compassion merupakan sikap penilaian terhadap diri sendiri secara lebih sehat dengan menggunakan compassion yang penting dikembangkan oleh peserta didik. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi belum tersedianya layanan bimbingan dan konseling yang secara khusus ditujukan untuk pengembangan self-compassion pada peserta didik. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif-kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 201 peserta didik kelas X, XI dan XII pada salah satu SMA swasta di Kabupaten Bandung Barat Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016 dan beberapa pemangku kepentingan yang berkontribusi pada penyelenggaraan program bimbingan dan konseling di lokasi penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kecenderungan umum self-compassion peserta didik di lokasi penelitian berada pada kategori sedang. Kondisi objektif penyelenggaraan program bimbingan dan konseling yang telah berjalan di lokasi penelitian cukup memadai dalam perencanaan, cukup memadai dalam pelaksanaan serta kurang memadai dalam evaluasi dan tindak lanjut. Program bimbingan pribadi yang telah dirancang layak untuk diterapkan di lokasi penelitian. Peneliti selanjutnya dapat mengembangkan layanan lebih lanjut serta uji coba empiris melalui eksperimen.
