Oleh karena itu diperlukan sistem peramalan produksi agar jumlah produk yang di produksi seusai dengan jumlah permintaan pasar. Atas dasar itu maka dilakukan penelitian untuk mencari metode yang tepat dalam meramalkan permintaan brownies pada minggu berikutnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan program peramalan dan membandingkan untuk mencari metode peramalan yang tepat. Metode peramalan yang digunakan adalah Single Exponential Smoothing (SES) dan Moving Average (MA) yang akan menguji 4 rasa terlaris dari produk Brownies Amanda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peramalan permintaan Brownies pada minggu berikutnya dengan metode SES dan MA sebagai berikut: permintaan Brownies Original SES 7528 error MAPE 23,27% dan MA 7510 dengan error MAPE 30,65%. Brownies Cheese Cream SES 802 error MAPE 12,71% dan MA 639 error MAPE 15,29%. Brownies Sarikaya Pandan SES 1120 error MAPE 28,82% dan MA 1127 error MAPE 37,69%. Brownies Choco Marble SES 589 error MAPE 11,01% dan MA 574 error MAPE 12,07%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil perbandingan sistem peramalan produksi metode SES memberikan hasil lebih baik dibandingkan dengan metode MA. Selanjutnya peneliti merekomendasikan sistem peramalan dengan metode SES digunakan untuk memprediksi produksi Brownies Amanda.; Amanda Brownies, is a company engaged in the culinary field are quite famous. However, the company still has problems in estimating the production of every flavor, so there are still unsold products. Therefore we need a system of production forecasting that the number of products in production corresponded to the amount of market demand. On that basis then do research to find the right method in forecasting demand brownies in the next week. This study uses a forecasting program development and compare to find the right forecasting method. Peramalanan method used is Single Exponential Smoothing (SES) and the Moving Average (MA) which will test four flavors-selling of products Brownies Amanda. The results showed Brownies demand forecast over the next week with SES and MA as follows: Original Brownies request SES error MAPE 23.27% 7528 and MA 7510 with 30.65% MAPE error. Cream Cheese Brownies MAPE error SES 802 and MA 639 12.71% 15.29% MAPE error. Brownies Sarikaya Pandan SES MAPE error 1120 and MA 1127 28.82% 37.69% MAPE error.
