Dari hasil analisis presantase tingkat efisiensi diketahui nilai rata-rata efisiensi KA-Argo parahyangan yaitu 25.09% > 1% dari hasil perbandingan pemasukan dan pengeluaran yang ada maka terjadi efisiensi. Dan dilihat dari efisiensi nya, KA Argo Parahyangan menguntungkan sehingga layak untuk beroperasional. Artinya nilai okupansi atau Load factor KA-Argo parahyangan rangkaian eksekutif yaitu 63,10% dan rangkaian eksekutif bisnis yaitu 71,88% dan di rata-rata dari kedua rangkaian tersebut nilai load factor nya adalah 67,5% yang artinya kepadatan yang ada di dalam rangkaian tersebut hanya sebesar 67,5% dan kemungkinan sebesar 32,5% nya tidak terisi penumpang. Perhitungan time headway tiap harinya ada yang berbeda, dikarenakan jumlah kereta yang berangkat tiap harinya berbeda yaitu untuk hari senin adalah 132,143 menit, selasa, rabu dan kamis adalah 144,167 menit, jumat, sabtu dan minggu adalah 123,571 menit. KA Argo Parahyangan memiliki BCR = 2, 38 > 1 artinya nilai pendapatan yang diperoleh menguntungkan dan layak.
