| Summary: | Sekolah efektif dimaknai sebagai sekolah yang mampu mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan atau melampauinya. Sekolah sebagai lembaga pendidikan bertujuan mencapai segala keberhasilan terutama prestasi belajar siswa. Melalui implementasi sekolah efektif dapat memberikan gambaran bagaimana sekolah memanfaatkan semua sumber daya yang dimilikinya untuk diberdayakan secara optimal untuk mencapai segala keberhasilan pendidikan. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana Pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan iklim sekolah terhadap sekolah efektif pada sekolah dasar negeri terakreditasi A di Kabupaten Majalengka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memverifikasi terkait Pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan iklim sekolah terhadap sekolah efektif. Objek penelitian yaitu seluruh Sekolah Dasar Negeri akreditasi A di Kabupaten Majalengka dengan sampel sebanyak 31 sekolah dari populasi 101 sekolah. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan instrument angket/kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat Pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dengan besaran 37,4%, (2) terdapat Pengaruh iklim terhadap sekolah efektif dengan besaran 36,5%, dan (3) terdapat Pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan iklim sekolah terhadap sekolah efektif dengan besaran 42,1%. Rekomendasi penelitian ini yaitu pentingnya peran kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan iklim sekolah yang kondusif sebagai unsur yang sangat vital dalam mewujudkan sekolah efektif, akan dapat terlaksana seiring kemudahan birokrasi yang mendukung dan berpihak untuk tercapainya keberhasilan pendidikan. --- Schools effectively defined as schools that are able to achieve its intended purpose or beyond it. This study aimed to verify the associated Influence Transformational leadership principals and school climate to effective schools. The object of research is the entire public elementary school accreditation in Majalengka with a sample of 31 schools out of 101 schools population. The method in this research use descriptive method with questionnaire instrument / questionnaire and analyzed using a quantitative approach. The results showed that (1) there Effect of transformational leadership principals with the amount of 37.4%, (2) there is influence of climate on effective school with the amount of 36.5%, and (3) The effect of transformational leadership are the principal and the school climate effective school with the amount of 42.1%. Recommendations of this study is the importance of transformational leadership role of principals and school climate conducive as a vital element in creating effective schools, will be implemented in line with the ease bureaucratic support and aligned to achieve educational success. |
