Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kreativitas dan konsep diri terhadap prestasi belajar peserta didik SMKN 12 Bandung tahun ajaran 2015-2016. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah korelasional deskriptif. Dengan menggunakan Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling sampel yang di ambil adalah 100 siswa yang tersebar di 2 kelas yakni kelas X dan kelas XI. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis korelasi dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas memiliki hubungan positif yang signifikan dengan prestasi belajar dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.397 dan konsep diri memiliki hubungan positif yang signifikan dengan prestasi belajar peserta didik SMKN 12 Bandung tahun ajaran 2015-2016 dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.367. Sedangkan secara simultan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kreativitas dan konsep diri terhadap prestasi belajar peserta didik SMKN 12 Bandung tahun ajaran 2015-2016 dengan koefisien korelasi ganda sebesar 0.48 yang menunjukan hubungan yang sedang/cukup kuat antara kreativitas dan konsep diri terhadap prestasi belajar peserta didik.;---School environment is one that plays a role in the achievement of learners. This study aims to determine the relationship between creativity and self-concept onstudent learning achievement at SMK 12 Bandung 2015-2016. The design used in this study was descriptive correlational. By using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling samples taken was 100 students spread over two classes namely class X and class XI. Data analysis technique used is the analysis of correlation and regression analysis. The results show that creativity has a significant positive relationship with student achievement with a correlation coefficient of 0397 and self-concept has a positive correlation with student learning achievement SMK 12 Bandung 2015-2016 with a correlation coefficient of 0367. while simultaneously there is a significant relationship between creativity and self-concept of learning achievement of learners SMK 12 Bandung 2015-2016 period with a multiple correlation coefficient of 0,48 which shows the relationship that was / is strong enough between creativity and self-concept on student achievement. | ||
