Summary:Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar siswa kelas XI TKR SMK Negeri Bantarkalong Tasikmalaya pada kompetesi kopling. Kompetensi yang dicapai oleh siswa masih banyak yang belum memenuhi Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) yang telah ditentukan oleh sekolah. Tujuan dilaksanakannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran hasil belajar siswa serta peningkatan hasil belajarnya setelah menggunakan bahan ajar modul dan bahan ajar wall chart pada kompetensi sistem kopling. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuasi eksperimen (Quasi Exsperimental Design). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI Jurusan TKR SMK Negeri Bantarkalong Tasikmalaya teknik kendaraan ringan yang berjumlah 4 kelas dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 125 orang. Sampel penelitian dibagi menjadi dua kelas yaitu kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan bahan ajar modul dan kelas kontrol yang menggunakan bahan ajar wall chart. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berupa soal pre test yang dilaksanakan sebelum siswa melaksanakan proses pembelajaran dan post test setelah siswa melaksanakan proses pembelajaran, kedua soal tes tersebut digunakan untuk melihat peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Hasil pengolahan, analisis pengujian data diperoleh rata-rata hasil belajar siswa pada skor post test setelah menggunakan bahan ajar modul sebesar 75,39 dan rata-rata hasil belajar pada skor post test siswa setelah menggunakan bahan ajar wall chart sebesar 72,14. Peningkatan hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan bahan ajar modul sebesar 57% dan peningkatan hasil belajar menggunakan bahan ajar wall chart sebesar 49%. Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Rata-rata hasil belajar siswa setelah menggunakan bahan ajar modul berada pada kategori sedang dengan peningkatan hasil belajar berada pada kategori sedang juga; (2) Rata-rata hasil belajar siswa setelah menggunakan bahan ajar wall chart berada pada kategori rendah, dengan peningkatan hasil belajar berada pada kategori sedang. The study was conducted based on the low learning achievement students of TKR XI in Bantarkalong Vocational School of Tasikmalaya on basic competence of service clutch system. Many of the students did not reach the required achievement criteria or as defined in school policy on this basic competence. The purpose of this study is to know the impact of learning modul and wall chart usage to students learning achievement after learning process. This study was conducted on quasi Exsperimental Design. The population in this study was 125 students of TKR XI Bantarkalong Vocational School of Tasikmalaya with in 4 classes of lightweight vehicle engineering. The students were grouped into two classes as samples; experimental group that use learning modul and control group that use wall chart on their learning process. The instruments of the study were pre-test (a test before the students do the learning process) and a post-test (a test after the students pass the learning process). Both of the tests were used to show the excalation of students learning achievement. As a result of data analyzing, this study shows that the students achieved 75,39 on average after they used learning modul in learning process, and the another students who used wall chart on their learning process get 72,14 on average.The impact of learning modul to students learning achievement is 88,36%. The excalation of learning achievement get 57% and excalation of learning achievement used wall chart get 49%. The conclusion of this study are: (1) The average of students learning achievement after learning modul treatment on students learning process is categorized as medium level, with excalation of learning achievement is categorized as medium level (2) The average of students learning achievement which use wall chart on learning process is categorized as low level, with excalation of learning achievement is categorized as medium level.
