Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasi digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Partisipan yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 301 individu usia produktif yang berada pada rentang usia 25-44 tahun. Peneliti menggunakan kuisioner untuk mengumpulkan data yang terdiri dari the Gregorc Delineator Style (GDS) (Gregorc, 1982), VIEW: An Assessment of Problem Solving Style (Selby, et all., 2004), dan General Decision Making Style (GDMS) (Scott & Bruce, 1995). Hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan mixed anova dan uji regresi menunjukan terdapat pengaruh gaya berpikir terhadap gaya pemecahan masalah dimana beberapa tipe gaya berpikir mempengaruhi beberapa tipe gaya pemecahan masalah, terdapat pengaruh gaya berpikir dan gaya pengambilan keputusan dimana beberapa tipe gaya berpikir mempengaruhi beberapa tipe gaya pengambilan keputusan, terdapat pengaruh gaya pemecahan masalah dan gaya pengambilan keputusan dimana beberapa tipe gaya pemecahan masalah mempengaruhi beberapa tipe gaya pengambilan keputusan.;---This research was conducted to investigate contribution between thinking styles, problem solving style and decision making styles. Correlation method and quantitative approach used in this research. 301 persons of productive age (25-44 years old) participated in this research. The researchers used questionnaires to collect data that consists of the Gregorc Delineator Style (GDS) (Gregorc, 1982), VIEW: An Assessment of Problem Solving Style (Selby, et all., 2004), and General Decision Making Style (GDMS) (Scott & Bruce, 1995). The data were analyzed using mixed anova and regression. The results showed that problem solving style influenced by thinking style which some thinking style contribute to some problem solving style. Decision making style also influenced by thinking style which some thinking style contribute to some decision making style. And there is influence of problem solving style to decision making style which some style of problem solving contribute to some decision making style. | ||
