520 |a Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah kinerja mengajar guru dipengaruhi oleh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan iklim sekolah. Sedangkan tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, iklim sekolah dan kinerja mengajar guru, kemudian menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan iklim sekolah terhadap kinerja menagajar guru. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner atau angket yang dikembangkan dalam bentuk lima sekala likert terhadap 33 orang kepala sekolah dan 68 orang guru. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan analisis regresi, yaitu regresi sederhana dan regresi ganda. Regresi sederhana digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel X1 dan X2 secara parsial terhadap variabel Y. regresi ganda digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel X1 dan X2 secara bersama-sama terhadap variabel Y. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah SD Negeri terakreditasi A di Kabupaten Purwakarta berada pada katagori cukup tinggi. (2) Iklim sekolah pada SD Negeri terakreditasi A di Kabupaten Purwakarta berada pada katagori cukup tinggi. (3) Kinerja mengajar guru pada sekolah SD Negeri terakreditasi A di Kabupaten Purwakarta berada pada katagori cukup tinggi. (4) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berkorelasi dengan r sebesar 0,446 dan memberikan pengaruh dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 19.9% dan sisanya 80,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain atau epsilon; (5) iklim sekolah berkorelasi dengan r sebesar 0,558 dan memberikan pengaruh dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 34,6% dan sisanya 65,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain atau epsilon ; (6) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan iklim sekolah berkorelasi dengan r sebesar 0,596 dan memberikan pengaruh dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 35.5% dan sisanya 64,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain atau epsilon ; Bentuk hubungan antara ketiga variabel digambarkan dengan persamaan regresi Ŷ = 61,231 + 0,085X1 + 0,608X2. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan iklim sekolah terhadap kinerja mengajar guru.;---The problem in this study is whether the teaching performance of teachers affected by school leadership and school climate. While the purpose of the study was to describe school leadership, school climate and teachers' teaching performance, then analyze the impact of school leadership and school climate on the performance teachers. The method used in this research is descriptive with quantitative approach. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire or a questionnaire that was developed in the form of a Likert scale of five to 33 principals and 68 teachers. Data processing techniques using regression analysis, the simple regression and multiple regression. Simple regression is used to determine the effect of variables X1 and X2 partially to variable Y. Multiple regression is used to determine the effect of variables X1 and X2 together to variable Y. The results showed that: (1) Leadership Elementary School principals accredited in Purwakarta are at a fairly high category. (2) The school climate at the elementary school accredited in Purwakarta are at a fairly high category. (3) Performance elementary school teacher teaching in an accredited State A in Purwakarta are at a fairly high category. (4) the principal's leadership correlated with r of 0,446 and give effect to the value of determination coefficient of 19,9% and the remaining 80,1% is influenced by other factors or epsilon; (5) The school climate is correlated with r of 0,558 and give effect to the value of determination coefficient of 34,6% and the remaining 65,4% is influenced by other factors or epsilon; (6) school leadership and school climate are correlated with r of 0,596 and give effect to the value of determination coefficient of 35,5% and the remaining 64,5% is influenced by other factors or epsilon; The relationship between the three variables described by the regression equation Y = 61,231 + 0,085X1 + 0,608X2 .The conclusion of this study, there is significant influence of school leadership and school climate on the performance of teachers to teach.
