Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Disain penelitian korelasional. Populasi wasit-juri pencak silat yang memiliki lisensi dan terdaftar di IPSI. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 23 orang. Dengan cara sampel jenuh. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket yang berupa tes mengenai peraturan pertandingan dan observasi yang mengacu pada format penilaian wasit-juri ketua pertandingan (KP). Hasil penelitian menujukkan T hitung (3,13) > T-tabel (2,08) yang berarti Ha diterima dan diperoleh nilai koefesien korelasi 0,837. Kesimpulan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pemahaman peraturan pertandingan pencak silat dengan kinerja wasit-juri dalam memimpin pertandingan.;---This research is motivated because of the referee - judge issues of Pencak Silat, when leading game of Pencak Silat, the referee - judge shows a fundamental error, due to lack of the game rules understandings are not optimal. Therefore , this research question is whether there is a relationship between the games rules understanding of Pencak Silat with the referee - judge performance in the leading the games. The method used is descriptive method. Population and samples used in this research were 23 people of Pencak Silat referees - judges who have licensed and registered with the IPSI, with saturated sampling technique. The instrument used was a questionnaire in the form of a test of the game rules and observations refers to the referee-judges assessment format of chairman of games. The results of this research can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the game rules understanding of Pencak Silat with the referee-judges performance in the leading the games, with the value of the correlation coefficient 0,837 were categorized as (good). | ||
