Penyesuaian sosial di sekolah sangat menunjang dalam keberhasilan akademik atau prestasi belajarnya, yang paling penting dalam penyesuaian sosial adalah penyesuaian terhadap guru, mata pelajaran, teman sebaya, dan lingkungan sekolah. Penyesuaian sosial menandakan kemampuan atau kapasitas yang dimiliki individu untuk bereaksi secara efektif dan wajar pada realitas sosial, situasi, dan relasi sosial. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada 108 siswa kelas X SMK Angkasa 2 Maragahayu tahun ajaran 2015/2016 sebagai sampel penelitian. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui profil kemampuan penyesuaian sosial siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data, diperoleh diperoleh rata-rata skor penyesuaian sosial sebesar 13, 28 (termasuk kategori sedang). Hasil temuan berdasarkan aspek penyesuaian sosial, menunjukkan tiga dari keseluruhan aspek berada pada kategori sedang dengan skor sebagai berikut: aspek kemampuan siswa menjalin persahabatan dengan teman di sekolah (3.52), aspek kemampuan siswa bersikap hormat terhadap guru, kepala sekolah, dan staf sekolah lainnya (3.37), dan aspek bersikap respek dan mau menerima peraturan sekolah (3.43). Adapun satu aspek lainnya berada pada kategori rendah yaitu aspek partisipasi aktif siswa dalam mengikuti kegiatan di sekolah (2.94). Hal ini dapat dijadikan acuan untuk guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam memberikan pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling di SMK Angkasa 2 Margahayu dengan menggunakan Adventure Based Counseling untuk dapat meningkatkan kemampuan penyesuaian sosial siswa. ---; Vocational students as an individual and social beings in their real life expected to adapt to the social environment, the fact shows that teenagers cannot be separate from the environment and themselves in a dynamic and progressive way, they have changed, growth, and develop. The social adjustment in school is very supports students' achievement in their study. The important thing in social adjustment are students interested to the teacher, subject matter, their friend, and school environment. The social adjustment indicates the capacity and ability of the individual to react effectively and reasonable to social real life, situation, and social relationship. This study was conducted to 108 students of the ten grade students in SMK Angkasa 2 Maragahayu in Academic Year 2015/2016, then they use as a sample. The object of this study is know students' social adjustment capability profile. The method which is used to this study is descriptive method with quantitative approach. Based on the results of the data that is processed, it obtained an average score of social adjustment. It has to 13, 28 score (medium category). Based on this data the social adjustment aspect indicates three aspects of the whole aspects are a middle category level with the score are: studentr capability aspects to make relationship between their friends in the school (3.52), student capability aspect to be respect to the teacher, headmaster, and staff ( 3.37), and student capability to respect and accept to school regulation (3.43). And the other aspect in a lower category level is students' active participation aspect in their activity in the school (2.94). It can be used as a reference for guidance and counseling teachers in providing guidance and counseling services in SMK Angkasa 2 Margahayu by using Adventure Based Counseling in order to improve students' social adjustment. | ||
