Summary:Psychological well-being dapat mempengaruhi hasil pembelajaran peserta didik. Peserta didik yang memiliki psychological well-being tinggi lebih mampu mempelajari dan memahami informasi secara efektif. Secara umum penelitian bertujuan mendeskripsikan psychological well-being remaja di SMK Negeri 2 Bandung dan secara khusus membandingkan kecenderungannya berdasarkan faktor jenis kelamin dan tingkatan kelas. Pendekatan penelitian yang dilakukan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Partisipan penelitian sebanyak 318 peserta didik. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian mengadaptasi Ryff's Psychological Well-being (RPWB) 42 Items. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan (1) tingkat kecenderungan psychological well-being remaja berada pada kategori sedang, (2) tingkat kecenderungan psychological well-being remaja pada setiap dimensi berada pada kategori sedang, (3) kelas XII memiliki rerata psychological well-being lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kelas X dan kelas XI, (4) Kelas X memiliki rerata lebih tinggi pada dimensi tujuan hidup dan pertumbuhan pribadi, kelas XI memiliki rerata lebih tinggi pada dimensi penerimaan diri dan otonomi, kelas XII memiliki rerata tinggi pada dimensi hubungan positif dan penguasaan lingkungan, (5) perempuan memiliki rerata psychological well-being lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan laki-laki, (6) perempuan memiliki rerata lebih tinggi pada dimensi hubungan positif, otonomi, penguasaan lingkungan, tujuan hidup, dan pertumbuhan pribadi. Laki-laki memiliki rerata lebih tinggi pada dimensi penerimaan diri, (7) hasil penelitian berimplikasi pada layanan dasar bimbingan pribadi terbatas pada pengembangan tema.;---Psychological well-being can affect learning outcomes of students. Learners who have higher psychological well-being better able to learn and understand the information effectively. In general, the study aims to describe the psychological well-being of teenagers in SMK Negeri 2 Bandung and specifically compare the trend based on factors gender and class level. Quantitative research approach with descriptive method. Study participants consisted of a sample of students of SMK Negeri 2 Bandung as many as 318 students. Instruments used in research to adapt Ryff's Psychological Well-being (RPWB) 42 Items belonging Ryff (1989). Technical analisik data using parametric statistics with an average ratio. The research findings indicate (1) adolescent SMK Negeri 2 Bandung in Academic Year 2016/2017 has the tendency of psychological well-being is being, (2) the tendency of psychological well-being SMK Negeri 2 Bandung in Academic Year 2016/2017 in each dimension are in the category medium, (3) class XII had a mean psychological well-being higher than the class X and class XI, (4) class X have rates higher in the dimensions of the purpose of life and personal growth, a class XI have rates higher in the dimensions of self-acceptance and autonomy, class XII had a mean height in the dimensions of positive relationships and mastery of the environment. (5) women had a mean psychological well-being is higher compared to men. (6) of the women had a higher mean on the dimensions of positive relationships, autonomy, environmental mastery, purpose in life, and personal growth. Men have a higher mean on the dimensions of self-acceptance. (7) the results of the study have implications for the personal guidance of the basic services is limited to the development of the theme.
