| 520 | |a Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dengan adanya kenyataan bahwa budaya literasi di Indonesia itu ada dalam urutan ke-64 dari 65 negara yang diteliti oleh Progman for Informational Student Assessment (PISA). Oleh karena itu, Kementrian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia meminta kepada setiap sekolah supaya menerapkan budaya literasi 15 menit sebelum KBM berlangsung. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan efektip membaca, kemampuan menulis pengalaman pribadi, budaya literasi dilihat dari kemampuan membaca dan kemampuan menulisnya, serta korelasi antara kemampuan membaca dan menulis pengalaman pribadi siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 10 Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu metode deskriptif korelasional dengan menggunakan tehnik tes. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa kemampuan efektip membaca siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 10 Bandung, ada dalam kategori kurang dengan rata-rata 88 kpm. Dilihat dari kemampuan menulis pengalaman pribadi siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 10 Bandung, ada dalam kategori bawah dengan rata-rata 48. Oleh karena itu, budaya literasi siswa tergolong bawah berada dalam tingkat perpormative. Untuk pengaruh kemampuan efektip membaca terhadap kemampuan menulis pengalaman pribadi berada dalam tarap signifikan yaitu 0,73 (korelasi kuat), dan besarnya kontibusi antara variabel X terhadap variabel Y yaitu 53,29%. Hal tersebut dilihat dari analisis dua variabel yang dikorelasikan dengan hasil R_hitung ≥ R_tabél. Oleh karena itu, uji Hipotesis alternatif dalam penelitian ini diterima yaitu ada korelasi yang signifikan antara kemampuan membaca dan kemampuan menulis. Kesimpulannya, ada korelasi yang signifikan antara kemampuan membaca dan kemampuan menulis pengalaman pribadi siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 10 Bandung. Artinya kemampuan éféktif membaca berada pada tahapan bawah maka kemampuan menulisnya juga berada pada tahapan bawah, begitu juga sebaliknya.;---The background of this research is the reality that cultures literacy in indonesia is ugly, in-64 of 65 countries researched by progman for informational student assessment (PISA). Hence, the ministry of education and culture of the republic of Indonesia asked in every school that apply culture literacy 15 minutes before KBM. This research aims to described the ability of effective reading, writing ability of personal experience, culture literacy seen from reading ability and the ability to wrote it, and the correlation between reading ability and writing of personal experience VII students in Junior High Schools of 10 Bandung. The methods used in this research, that is a method of descriptive correlational by using technique test. The results of the research prove that their performance effective of reading VII students in Junior High Schools of 10 Bandung, the category less with an average 88 kpm. Seen from writing ability of personal experience the student VII in Junior High Schools of 10 Bandung, the category down with average 48. Hence, the literacy of culture students are under in the perpormative. To influence the effective reading ability to write personal experience is in the significant standard 0,73 (great correlation), and the contribution between variables X on variables Y is 53,29 %. It looks of analysis two variables that correlated with the results R_hitung ≥ R_tabél. Furthermore, the alternative hypotheses in this research is accepted the significant correlates between reading ability and writing ability. In conclusion, there are significant correlates between reading ability and writing ability of personal experience student VII in Junior High Schools of 10 Bandung. It means that the effective reading in the necessary steps down so the ability of writing also at the bottom, so does the contrary. | ||
