520 |a Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan (1) perencanaan kurikulum,(2) pengorganisasian kurikulum,(3) pelaksanaan kurikulum,(4) Evaluasi kurikulum (5) kontrol kurikulum dalam mengembangkan pendidikan karakter yang mencakup disiplin, mandiri dan berprestasi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kombinasi, melaui studi kasus dengan desain eksploratori sekuensial di SMP Darul Hikam Bandung. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara,dokumentasi dan angket. Validitas data dengan triangulasi dan interpretasi. Analisa data menggunakan reduksi, display, dan kesimpulan dilengkapi interpretasi hasil angket. Hasil penelitian: (1) Perencanaan kurikulum diawali dengan penyusunan renstra 4 tahunan dan rencana operasional sekolah tahunan, disahkan oleh perguruan. Pendidikan karakter terdapat dalam nilai Taqwa Character bulding (TCB) dioperasionalkan melalui budaya berakhlak dan berprestasi yakni rajin beribadah dan sholat berjama'ah, disiplin dan belajar/bekerja dengan keras, lingkungan bersih, hijau dan bebas asap rokok, pergaulan islami terutama antar pria dan wanita, santun bertutur kata dan bersikap, kompak dan peduli sesama kawan, jujur bertanggungjawab terhadap tugas, mandiri dan pelopor dalam kebajikan, tradisi amar ma'ruf nahi mungkar, tradisi meraih prestasi dan menjadi juara.(2) Pengorganisasian kurikulum meliputi pembagian peran dan tugas yang jelas sehingga seluruh pekerjaan terarah dengan baik, dikelola dengan mengacu pada nilai-nilai pengembangan karakter TCB. (3) pelaksanaan kurikulum untuk mencapai pribadi disiplin terlihat pada aktivitas pembelajaran dan pembiasaan, mandiri terlihat pada keterlibatan siswa dalam kegiatan OSIS dan ekstra kurikuler, berprestasi tercermin dalam keterlibatan sekolah mengikuti lomba nasional, international dan nilai capaian UN rata-rata 80,2 peringkat 15 dari 270 sekolah se-kota Bandung. Penilaian pembelajaran dilakukan setiap 5 mingguan. Bentuk laporannya rapor khas Daarul Hikam, (4) Evaluasi Kurikulum dilakukan berdasarkan kebutuhan output pendidikan, menghimpun data dan informasi dengan mengundang para ahli, (5) Kontrol kurikulum dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah, pihak perguruan, dan pengawas dari dinas pendidikan setempat. Dari 42 responden 96,7% menyatakan manajemen kurikulum dilaksanakan efektif . ; ---- The pupose this research were to describe (1) planning the curriculum, (2) organizing the curriculum, (3) conducting the curriculum, (4) Evaluating the curriculum, (5) controlling the curriculum in developing educational character of discipline, independent, and achievement. The research used combination method, through case study with sequence of exploratory in Junior High School Daarul Hikam Bandung. The data collected by observation, interview, documentation, and questionnaire. The data validated by triangulation and interpretation. The data analyzed by reduction, display, and the result was completed by questionnaire's interpretation. The research result were: (1) Planning the curriculum was begun by established the plan of strategy four years and plan of school operational a year that was conducted in April, and it was validated by the university. Educational character was documented by Taqwa Character Building (TCB), it conducted through good culture and achievement, that were : diligent for religious duties, prayer together, discipline and study or work hard, clean of environment, green and free from the smoke, islamic friendliness between boys and girls, kind and have a good attitude, cohesive and pay attention with friends, honest and responsible with the task, independent and to be the first in the good ways, tradition of amar ma'ruf nahi mungkar, tradition of reaching the achievement and to be a winner. (2) Organizing the curriculum was based on the priority of developing the character (TCB). (3) Realizing the curriculum to reach the discipline person was applied through the activities of learning and habiting, independent was applied through students' participation in OSIS and extra's activities, achievement was applied in the school's participation in joining the national and international competition, got the good score of national examination with the range 80.2, got the 15th grade from 270 schools in Bandung. Assessment of learning was conducted per five weeks. Then, the report of it was Rapor Khas Daarul Hikam, (4) Evaluation of curriculum is conducted based on output of education need, collecting data and information by presenting the experts, (5) Controlling the curriculum was conducted by the headmaster and the staff from the university. From 42 responden, 90,7% curriculum management explain is effective.
