Summary:Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Handayani Banjaran, yang menjadi kajian dalam penelitian ini adalah belum terdapatnya motivasi belajar siswa Program Keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran, hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil belajar siswa yang belum memenuhi kriteria penilian akademik pada mata pelajaran produktif Administrai. Variasi Stimulus Guru merupakan faktor yang diduga memiliki pengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini mengkaji seberapa besar pengaruh variasi stimulus guru (x) terhadap motivasi belajar siswa (y). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Responden adalah seluruh siswa kelas X jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Handayani Banjaran, sebanyak 60 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa variasi stimulus guru di SMK Handayani Banjaran berada pada kategori tinggi, sedangkan motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Produktif Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Handayani banjaran berada pada kategori rendah. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi sederhana, diperoleh hasil bahwa variasi stimulus guru memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. ;---This research was conducted in Handayani Vocational School, Banjaran. The studied problem in this research was the students on Office Administration Program are not motivated in learning; this was evidenced by students' learning outcomes that have not reached the criteria of academic evaluation on Office Administration productive subject. Variation of teacher's stimulus is a factor that is thought has an influence on students' learning motivation. Therefore, this study examines how much influence of variation of teacher's stimulus (x) on the students' learning motivation (y). This study used survey method with data collection process through questionnaires. The respondents were all students in grade X majoring Office Administration in Handayani Vocational School, Banjaran, as many as 60 people. Data were analyzed by using simple regression analysis. The result showed that the variation of teacher's stimulus in Handayani Vocational School, Banjaran was on high category, while the motivation of students in the field of skill competency Office Administration in Handayani Vocational School, Banjaran was on low category. Based on the results of simple regression analysis, it was showed that the variation of stimulus has a positive and significant effect on students' learning motivation.
