| Summary: | Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah penolakan yang dilakukan masyarakat Desa Kawungsari terhadap pembangunan waduk Kuningan. Masyarakat bersikap resisten meskipun desa-desa lain telah menyetujui pembangunan, tetapi masyarakat tetap bertahan melakukan penolakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui resistensi masyarakat; dan bentuk-bentuk resistensi yang dilakukan masyarakat Desa Kawungsari terhadap pembangunan waduk Kuningan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Informan penelitian terdiri dari masyarakat dan aparat desa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa resistensi bersumber dari individu, organisasi dan kebudayaan. Resistensi dilakukan mulai dari fase pergerakan, kesadaran, membangun gerakan, mempengaruhi kelompok sasaran, dan fase capaian atau hasil dari perilaku resisten. Faktor resistensi yang dilakukan yaitu sosio psikologi, struktural, daya dukung, tekanan sosial, penyebaran informasi, dan faktor yang memancing emosi masyarakat. Resistensi masyarakat Desa Kawungsari dilakukan secara terbuka karena bersifat terorganisir. Pembangunan waduk Kuningan memberikan dampak perubahan bagi masyarakat khusunya perubahan mata pencaharian. Rekomendasi bagi pemerintah supaya lebih memperhatikan dampak pembangunan dan untuk masyarakat lebih kritis dalam berpikir sehingga permasalahan bisa terselesaikan dengan baik. ;---Problem in the research is the rejection is done the Kawungsari Villagers against the construction og the reservoir. The community be resistent even though other villages apporved the development, but the society survive the denial. This research aims to know the resistance of society; and the forms of resistance that performed the Kawungsari Villagers against the construction of the reservoir. This research uses descriptive method with the qualitative approach. Data collection is done with the techniques of observation, in-depth interviews, and study documentation. Informant research consists of community and village authorities. The results of this study indicate that resistance comes from individuals, organization and cultures. Resistance is carried out starting from the phase of the movement, of the movement, conscious, building movements, affects the target group, and the product or results of phase behavior resistance. Resistance factors the socio psychologycal, structural, power support, social pressures, information dessemination, and the factors that provoke the emotions of the people. Kawungsari village community resistance conducted openly because are organized. The construction of reservoirs in Kuningan submitted a change impacts to the community especially the change to livelihood. Recommendations for Governments so that paying more attention to the impact of development and for society more critical thinking so that problem can be resolved properly. |
