Summary:The research is supported by students in preparing themselves as prospective teacher who have professional skills to master the 8 skilss that are very important role and determine the quality of learning, that is skills for opening and closing lessons, classroom management skills, strengthening skills, guiding small group discussion skills, questioning skills, explaining skills, variation skills, small group skills and individuals. This research aims to find out how the perceptions of tutor teacher about teaching skills on student of Program Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) subject of sociology school year 2016/2017. This research is a descriptive study using quantitative approach. Data collection techniques using a closed questionnaire filled by respondents the is all tutor teachers of SMA Negeri in Bandung, samples taken with total sampling technique as many as 16 tutor teachers. For testing the instrument validity test using Kolerasi Product Moment, and for testing instrument reliability test using Rumus Alpha. Data analysis techniques used descriptive statistical techniques and for the classification of tendency can be divided into five categories that is, very good, good, enough, less good, and not good. Data processing using the helper program SPSS IBM 20 for Excel. The result of this research counted into category, good, the highest percentage in the overall totals is 87,5% and the lowest percentage is 6,25%, it means overall perceptions of tutor teachers SMA Negeri in Bandung school year 2016/2017 are good to students of Program Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL).;---Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh mahasiswa dalam upaya menyiapkan diri sebagai calon guru yang profesional harus menguasai 8 keterampilan mengajar yang sangat berperan dan menentukan kualitas pembelajaran, yaitu keterampilan membuka dan menutup pelajaran, keterampilan mengelola kelas, keterampilan memberikan penguatan, keterampilan membimbing diskusi kelompok kecil, keterampilan bertanya, keterampilan menjelaskan, keterampilan mengadakan variasi, keterampilan kelompok kecil dan perseorangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsi guru pamong terhadap keterampilan mengajar mahasiswa Program Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) pada mata pelajaran sosiologi tahun ajaran 2016/2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket tertutup yang diisi oleh responden yaitu seluruh guru pamong SMA Negeri Se-Kota Bandung, sampel yang diambil dengan teknik total sampling sebanyak 16 guru pamong. Untuk pengujian uji validitas instrumen menggunakan Korelasi Product Moment, dan pengujian reliabilitas instrumen menggunakan Rumus Alpha. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik statistik deskriptif dan untuk penggolongan kecenderungan dibedakan menjadi lima kategori yaitu baik sekali, baik, cukup, kurang baik, dan tidak baik. Pengolahan data menggunakan bantuan program SPSS IBM 20 for Excel. Hasil penelitian ini termasuk dalam kategori baik, nilai tertinggi pada total keseluruhan 87,5% dan nilai terendah 6,25%, artinya secara keseluruhan persepsi guru pamong SMA Negeri Se-Kota Bandung tahun ajaran 2016/2017 baik terhadap mahasiswa Program Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL).
