| 520 | |a Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tidak tercapainya target produksi yang dihadapi oleh Konveksi X pada bulan-bulan tertentu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran lini produksi, pemanfaatan line balancing terhadap efisiensi lini produksi, dan pengalokasian tenaga kerja optimal agar target produksi dapat terpenuhi pada Konveksi X. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, maka digunakan metode analisis line balancing berdasarkan pendekatan heuristik, yaitu large candidat rules, region approach, dan ranked positional weight dengan menghitung idle time, balance delay, line efficiency, serta smoothness index. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Data primer digunakan untuk mengetahui alur dan waktu siklus produksi. Sedangkan wawancara dilakukan untuk mengetahui data historis perusahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling sistematis yaitu dengan mengambil 1 batch produksi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk mencapai efisiensi tertinggi maka diperlukan perubahan layout, pengelompokkan ulang proses produksi, serta perubahan struktur alokasi tenaga kerja berdasarkan pendekatan large candidat rules sehingga diharapkan mampu meningkatkan output perusahaan.,---This research is motivated by the failure to achieve production targets faced by Convection X in certain months. The purpose of this study is to describe the production line, the use of line balancing on the efficiency of the production line, and the optimal allocation of labor so that production targets can be met on a Convection X. To overcome these problems, then the analysis line balancing method is used, based on heuristic approach, which are large candidat rules, region approach,and ranked positional weight by counting the idle time, balance delay, line efficiency, as well as the smoothness index. This research method is using descriptive method. The data used are primary and secondary data. Primary data is used to determine the flow and production cycle times. While the interviews were conducted to determine the historical data of the company. The sampling technique used was the systematic sampling by taking one batch production. The results of this study indicate that to achieve the highest efficiency, it is necessary to change the layout, regrouping the production process, as well as structural changes in the allocation of labor based on large candidat rules approach that are expected can be increase the output of company. | ||
