Summary:Penelitian bertujuan menghasilkan data empirik mengenai perbedaan efektivitas antara intervensi Adlerian Group Play Counseling & Layanan Bimbingan Konseling dalam meningkatkan daya tarik interpersonal berdasarkan profil hubungan sosial. Penelitian menggunakan Mix Method antara Transformative Design & Factorial Designs Experimental. Sampel penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas V-B SDN Sukasenang & SDN Cihaurgeulis 2. Instrumen penelitian adalah angket daya tarik interpersonal, sosiometri, doodle art, pedoman observasi, dan pedoman wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan intervensi AGPC lebih efektif meningkatkan semua kategori daya tarik interpersonal daripada LBK. Rekomendasi penelitian ditujukan kepada konselor, guru mata pelajaran, dan peneliti lain. Kata kunci: Daya Tarik Interpersonal, Adlerian Group Play Counseling, Layanan Bimbingan Klasikal The purpose of research is to describe the differences in effectiveness between the intervention Adlerian Group Play Counseling & Guidance Services in improving interpersonal attraction based on the profile of social relationships. Research using Mix-Method between Transformative & Experimental Factorial Designs. The samples were all students of class V-B SDN Sukasenang & SDN Cihaurgeulis 2. The research instrument was a questionnaire interpersonal attraction, sociometry, doodle art, observation guidelines, and guidelines for the interview. AGPC intervention research results more effectively enhance all categories of interpersonal attraction than Guidance Services.
