| 520 | |a Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah terdapat hubungan antara aktivitas jasmani dengan aspek fisik pada kualitas hidup siswa kelas X SMA Sumatra 40 Bandung. Metode penelitian korelasional ini melibatkan sampel sebanyak 36 responden, menggunakan teknik sampel simple random sampling, menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman Rho melalui SPSS versi 22. Instrumen aktivitas jasmani menggunakan PAQ-A serta kualitas hidup dengan PedsQL Generic Core versi 4.0 untuk usia 13-18 tahun. Hasil perhitungan dan analisis data diperoleh dimana rata-rata aktivitas ringan sebanyak 71,9% sedangkan kualitas hidup aspek fisik baik sebanyak 69,4% dan buruk sebanyak 30,6%, pada (α=0,05) tidak terdapat hubungan antara aktivitas jasmani dengan aspek fisik pada kualitas hidup (r=0,173; p=0,312>0,05). Simpulan hasil penelitian tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara aktivitas jasmani dengan aspek fisik pada kualitas hidup siswa kelas X SMA Sumatra 40 Bandung. ---------- The research aims to check the correlation between physical activity and physical aspects of quality of life of student. The correlational research method involved 36 respondents as sample, spearman rho correlation test through SPSS version 22. The instrument of physical activity used PAQ-A with quality of life by PedsQL Generic Core version 4 between age 13-18 years old. The result and analysis of data obtained in which the mean calculation of physical activity light category was 71,9% and also good quality of life was 69,4% and bad quality of life was 30,6%, there was no correlation between physical activity and physical aspects of quality of life (r=0,173; p=0,312>0,05). Conclusion the results of study was no significant correlation between physical activity and pyhsical aspects of quality of life of students class X Sumatra 40 Bandung Senior High School. | ||
