| 520 | |a Penelitian ini didasarkan pada masalah di bawah rata-rata hasil belajar yang dilihat dari nilai UAS mata pelajaran ekonomi siswa kelas XI IPS Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) Negeri di kota Cimahi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh minat belajar, motivasi berprestasi dan lingkungan sekolah terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksplanatori dengan menggunakan kuisioner sebagai alat pengumpul data. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 607 siswa dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 241 siswa yang dipilih berdasarkan teknik proportional random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil menunjukkan: (i) Minat belajar berada pada kategori sangat tinggi, motivasi berprestasi berada pada kategori sangat tinggi, lingkungan sekolah berada pada kategori sangat efektif, hasil belajar berada pada kategori sedang, (ii) Minat belajar berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar, (iii) motivasi berprestasi berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar, dan (iv) lingkungan sekolah berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Kata kunci: Minat Belajar, Motivasi Berprestasi, Lingkungan Sekolah, Hasil Belajar This study based on the problem of low student learning outcomes final exam of semester in economics subject, which does not reach the minimum completeness criteria in XIth grade of social in Cimahi. The purpose of the research is to find out the effect interest of learning, motivation of achievement, and school environment toward to student learning outcomes in economics subject. Method of the research is explanatory survey with the questionnaire to collect the data. The population of the research are 607 student of class XI IPS SMAN in Cimahi in academic year 2016/2017. Sample of research were 241. Analysis technique of the research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results show: (i) interest of learning is in a very high category, achievement motivation is in a very high category, school environment is in effective category, result of learning is in the under average category. (ii) Interest of learning take effect positively to the result of learning. (iii) motivation of achivement take effect positively to the result of learning.
