520 |a This research aims to investigate the effect of STEM learning on students' science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) literacy in learning electricity concept. The method which used in this research was Pre- Experimental method. The sample was taken randomly (n=16 students) of Private school in Bogor. The quantitative data of this research is gained through objective test, while the qualitative data was gained by observation sheet. The results shown students' STEM literacy normalized gain score is 0.07 which categorized as small improvement. There is no significant improvement on students' STEM literacy after STEM learning implementation. Even though students cannot relate the scientific concept occurs during the experiment, students are excited to conduct the project using Arduino-Protoboard experiment since they had an experience to use the lastest kind of technology, Keywords: STEM Learning, STEM Literacy, Arduino, Protoboard experiment, Electricity Pengunaan desain enjinering dan teknologi pada pembelajaran STEM dinilai mampu mengintegrasikan kemampuan, penampilan, dan kognitif siswa. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi dampak pembelajaran STEM untuk meningkatkan literasi sains, teknologi, enjinering, dan matematika pada siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Pre-Experimental dengan sampel sebanyak 16 orang yang telah dipilih secara acak pada sebuah sekolah swasta di Bogor. Data kuantitatif dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui tes objektif pada siswa, sedangkan data kualitatif diperoleh dari hasil observasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisa data penelitian, ditemukan bahwa tidak ada perubahan signifikan dalam pembelajaran menggunakan pendekatan STEM. Akan tetapi, hasil peningkatan nilai gain ternormalisasi menunjukkan peningkatan sebesar 0.07 dan tergolong pada peningkatan yang rendah . Meskipun pembelajaran STEM kurang dapat mengintegrasikan konsep sains siswa, para siswa sangat antusias untuk menggunakan teknologi terbaru seperti Arduino dan Protoboard dalam kegiatan eksperimen mereka. Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran STEM, Literasi STEM, Arduino, Eksperimen Protoboard, Kelistrikan.
