| 520 | |a Penelitian berjudul "Pengembangan Tes Keterampilan Berpikir Kritis Siswa SMA Kelas XI pada Materi Larutan Penyangga" ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan tes keterampilan berpikir kritis pada pokok materi larutan penyangga yang berkualitas dari segi validitas isi; validitas empiris; reliabilitas; tingkat kesukaran; dan daya pembeda; mengetahui penguasaan sub indikator keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa, serta mengetahui tanggapan siswa terhadap tes yang dikembangkan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Development and Validation (D&V) pada tahap pengembangan produk awal. Hasil validitas isi menggunakan CVR, seluruh butir soal dinyatakan valid dengan CVR sebesar 1, sedangkan uji validitas empiris dengan menggunakan SPSS 20.0 diperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi dengan kategori sedang dan tinggi. Uji reliabilitas dengan menggunakan SPSS 20.0 diperoleh nilai Alpha Cronbach's sebesar 0.758 dengan kategori tinggi. Berdasarkan analisis butir soal, tes yang dikembangkan memiliki tingkat kesukaran mudah, sedang, dan sulit, serta daya pembeda cukup, baik, dan baik sekali. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa tes yang dikembangkan memenuhi kriteria sebagai tes yang baik. Tes yang dikembangkan dapat mengetahui penguasaan sub indikator keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa. Penguasaan sub indikator keterampilan berpikir kritis yang paling dikuasai adalah menjaga kondisi berpikir dan sub indikator yang paling tidak dikuasai yaitu mengidentifikasi/merumuskan kriteria untuk mempertimbangkan kemungkinan jawaban. Tanggapan siswa terhadap butir soal didasarkan angket dan wawancara, tes keterampilan yang dikembangkan memiliki butir soal yang baik. Kata Kunci: Pengembangan, Tes, Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis, Larutan Penyangga, This research entitled "Development of Critical Thinking Skills Tests 11th Grade Students on Buffer Solutions Topic" is aimed to developing critical thinking test on the buffer solution subject which had a quality from content validity; empirical validity; reability; level of difficulty; and distinguishing ability, to know the students' knowledge about sub-indicators of critical thinking skills, and to know the response from the students towards the test. The method used in this study is Development and Validation (D&V) at the early product development step. The result of the content validity using CVR, all of the items of the test are valid with CVR equal to 1. Meanwhile to the empirical validity using SPSS 20.0 obtained the value of correlation coefficient at the high and enough category. The reability test using SPSS 20.0, Cronbach's Alpha Value for the test is 0,758, which is in the high category. According to the question item analysis, the developed test has a different level of the difficulties, start at easy, moderate, and hard. The distinguishing ability of the test is very good, good and good enough. The result shows that the test which has been developed meet the criteria as a good test. The test developed could measure the mastery of the critical thinking skills. The mastery of the most controlled critical thinking skills sub-indicator (that is keeping the issue and its proper context in mind) and the least controlled critical thinking skills sub-indicator (which is formulating or selecting the proper criteria to use in evaluating the material presented).
