Summary:Penelitianinibertujuan (1) Mengetahui gambaran tingkat kepatuhan pengawas madrasah (2) Mengetahui gambaran kompetensi pengawas madrasah (3) Mengetahui gambaran kinerja pengawas madrasah pada madrasah dan (4) Mengetahui efektifitas kinerja pengawas madrasah terhadap pelaksanaan program kepengawasan madrasah dan (5) mengembangkan kompetensi pengawas madrasah dengan menambahkan kompetensi pendidikan agama Islam di wilayah Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang dan Bekasi. Penelitianinimerupakan penelitiankausalkomparatif (Causal-Comparative Research)denganunit analisisyangditeliti adalah pengawas madrasahyangterdapat di wilayah Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang dan Bekasi.Penelitian initermasuk penelitian survey menggunakan kuesioner dan in-depth interview dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 150 pengawas madrasah.Alat uji yang digunakandalam penelitianinimenggunakanuji asumsiklasikyang meliputiujinormalitas, ujimultikolonieritas, ujiheteroskedastisitas dan uji linearitas.Metode analisis datayang digunakanadalah analisisregresisederhanadan analisisregresiberganda.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwaberdasarkan hasil analisis jalur dapat diperoleh hasil pengaruh antar variabel sebagai berikut: terdapat pengaruh positif kepatuhan pengawas terhadap kinerja pengawas, kompetensi pengawas terhadap kinerja pengawas, kepatuhan pengawas terhadap efektivitas pelaksanaan program kepengawasan dan kompetensi pengawas terhadap efektivitas pelaksanaan program kepengawasan madrasah serta kinerja pengawas terhadap efektivitas pelaksanaan program kepengawasan madrasah diwilayah Jabodetabek. Keywords: Kepatuhan Pengawas Madrasah, Kompetensi Pengawas Madrasah, Kinerja Pengawas Madrasah, Efektifitas Program Kepengawasan Madrasah   ABSTRACT This study aims to: (1) know the description of the adherence level of the madrasah supervisor (2) know the description of the competence of the supervisor of madrasah (3) know the performance of the madrasah supervisor on the madrasah and (4) know the effectiveness of madrasah supervisor performance on the implementation of the madrasah supervision program and (5) develop the Supervisor's competency of madrasah by adding competence of Islamic education in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi. This research is a comparative causal research (Causal-Comparative Research) with the unit of analysis studied is the supervisor of madrasah located in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi. This study included research survey using questionnaire and in-depth interview with a total sample of 150 madrasah supervisors. The test equipment used in this study uses the classical assumption test which includes normality test, multicolinierity test, heteroscedasticity test and linearity test. The method of data analysis used is simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. The result of this research shows that based on the result of path analysis can be obtained the effect of inter-variables as follows: there is a positive influence of supervisor's compliance to supervisor's performance, supervisor's competence to supervisor's performance, Effectiveness of supervisory program implementation and supervisory competence on effectiveness of madrasah supervisory program implementation and supervisory performance on effectiveness of madrasah supervision program implementation in Jabodetabek region.
