Summary:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pembinaan karakter kepemimpinan siswa berwawasan peduli lingkungan hidup pada program Leadership Survival Camp melalui metode outdoor study. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa proses pembinaan karakter dilakukan melalui pemberdayaan dan pembudayaan dengan melakukan aktifitas seperti observasi, permainan, penugasan dan tanya jawab. Setelah siswa mengikuti kegiatan Leadership Survive Camp satu sampai tiga, siswa menunjukan perilaku sesuai dengan nilai-nilai karakter kepemimpinan berwawasan peduli lingkungan hidup secara terus menerus (secara konsisten) dan membudaya. Kata kunci: Karakter Kepemimpinan, Karakter Kepemimpinan Siswa, Karakter Peduli Lingkungan Hidup, Metode Outdoor Study, Leadership Survival Camp, Sekolah Alam Bandung ABSTRACT This study investigates the students' leadership character development with environmentally minded in Leadership Survival Camp program using outdoor study method. This study uses qualitative approach and case study method. The data were collected through observation, interview, and documentation. From the result of the study, it is obtained that character development process were implemented through empowerment and cultivation by doing activities such as observation, game, assignment, and also question and answer session. After the students participated the first to third Leadership Survive Camp activities, they showed behaviors that fit with the values of environmentally minded leadership character consistently and it also is entrenched.
