Summary:Fokus penelitian ini mengenai kebijakan manajemen mutu, perencanaan manajemen mutu, implementasi manajemen mutu, dan evaluasi manajemen mutu di SDN Menteng 1 Jakarta dan SD Madina Islamic School Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan mutu SDN Menteng 1 Jakarta menitik beratkan kepada pengembangan peserta didik agar memiliki wawasan global, pengembangan budaya lokal, dan layanan pendidikan standar internasional. Sedangkan kebijakan SD Madina Islamic School Jakarta adalah wisdom, competence dan excellent. Perencanaan manajemen mutu di SDN Menteng 1 Jakarta yang hendak dicapai dilakukan dengan pengembangan rencana kerja dengan unit cost pada setiap kegiatan. Sekolah menggunakan aplikasi elektronik untuk mempermudah. Di SD Madina Islamic School Jakarta terkait perencanaan rencana kerja dirumuskan kepala sekolah bersama tim dan disetujui pemilik sekolah/yayasan sebagai manajemen puncak. Implementasi Manajemen Mutu SDN Menteng 1 Jakarta menerapkan prinsip-prinsip manajemen mutu untuk menjamin pencapaian target mutu. Demikian juga di SD Madina Islamic School Jakarta Implementasi Manajemen Mutu menerapkan prinsip-prinsip manajemen mutu untuk menjamin pencapaian target mutu. Evaluasi program mutu SDN Menteng 1 Jakarta dilakukan dengan menggunakan umpan balik untuk perbaikan pelayanan. Evaluasi melibatkan peran serta orang tua/wali murid melalui peran serta komite dalam memperbaiki mutu layanan sekolah. Prinsip evaluasi manajemen mutu belum dilakukan penetapan level pemenuhan kebutuhan personal. Demikian juga di SD Madina Islamic School Jakarta, evaluasi pencapaian misi dan tujuan sekolah dilakukan dalam kegiatan rapat kerja dan dilaporkan pada pihak yayasan. ----------- The focus of this research is on policy, planning, implementation, and evaluation of quality program at Menteng 1 Primary School Jakarta and Madina Islamic Primary School Jakarta. The research method used was qualitative descriptive. The results showed that the quality policy of Menteng 1 Elementary School Jakarta focuses on the development of learners in order to have global insight, local culture development, and education service with international standard. The policy of Madina Islamic Primary School is wisdom, competence dan excellent. Quality management planning in Menteng 1 Elementary School Jakarta to be achieved is conducted by developing work plan with unit cost in every activity. School use electronic applications provided by the government to make management easier. In Madina Islamic Primary School related to work plan is formulated by the principal and team and approved by school/foundation owner as the top management. Quality Management Implementation in Menteng 1 Elementary School Jakarta applies the principles of quality management to ensure the achievement of quality targets. Similarly in Madina Islamic Primary School Jakarta, Implementation of Quality Management applies the principles of quality management to ensure the achievement of quality targets. Evaluation of quality program of Menteng 1 Elementary School Jakarta was conducted by using feedback for service improvement. Evaluation involves participation of parents/guardians through the role of committees in improving the quality of school services. In the principle of quality management evaluation, determining the level of personal needs fulfillment has not been conducted. Similarly in Madina Islamic Primary School Jakarta, evaluation of mission achievement and school goals are conducted in the work meeting activities and reported to the foundation.
